CamelBak Hong Kong now delivers to Hong Kong, Macau and outlying islands. Please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

Exchange & Return Policies

Please be aware that we only process exchange / return of CamelBak products purchased through CamelBak Hong Kong online store. Please contact your retailer if your purchase was made elsewhere. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items for a one time exchange or refund within 14 days from date of purchase provided they are in a resalable condition.

2. If there is a quality issue with your purchase, you may return it for a ONE TIME EXCHANGE ONLY for an item of equivalent value. No refund of difference if price of the new item is lower than the original item.

3. Items marked “SALE” cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If your purchase meets the above criteria, you may email us at orders@camelbak.com.hk and begin the return/exchange process. Please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Contact information
- Order number
- Shipping address
- Name of defective product
- Description of problem

No requests will be accepted by CamelBak Hong Kong after the prescribed 14 days has lapsed.

Customer(s)’s exchanged/returned items that are found to be damaged and/or used will not be accepted by CamelBak Hong Kong and will be sent back to the customer.

Defective goods: Goods are classified as defective only if they are damaged upon arrival, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 14 days of purchase. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

CamelBak Hong Kong reserved the right to vary and/or amend the terms and conditions of this policy at any time without prior notice.

In the event of dispute, the decision of CamelBak Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.
